- marrubium vulgare/ arial leaf.
- foeniculum vulgare/ fruit.
- salvia officinalis.

indication:

for controlling the flatulence and gases.
foeniculum vulgare/ fruit: promotes gastric intestinal motility, antispasmodic effect treat the feeling of fullness and flatulence. (PDR)
salvia officinalis: for gastric disorders such as bloating, flatulence, and enteritis. (PDR)
menthe piperata: carminative with mild sedative effect. (PDR)
marrubium vulgar/ Arial leaf: for bloating and flatulence. (PDR)

useful combination:
if necessary you can share your treatment with the following products:
- In cases of colon disorder used mixture (16).
- In cases of indigestion used mixture (38).
- In cases of concomitant diarrhea used mixture (9).
- In cases of digestive spasm mixture (4).

Dosage and Administration:

middle spoon , or tea bag from the mixture to a glass of boiled water /capacity of 200 ml. ( boiled previously) then cover it for ten minutes, filter it and have it warm half an hour before the meal.
In therapy cases: 2-3 times daily.
Prophylactically: once daily two hours after lunch.
